Black Phillip Linocut Print

This is a 2 color, 11x17" linocut print of Black Phillip printed with Crainfield Caligo Safewash inks on Canson Mi-Teintes paper in the color Cinnamon.

What is a linocut print? A linocut print is created by carving a design into a block of linoleum, rolling ink onto the surface and laying paper or fabric on top then applying pressure to produce a print. It is a relief printing process very similar to woodcut.
