Shipping & Local Pick-Up Information

Processing Times

All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the order. However, during times of high traffic volume or due to external factors, we reserve the right to adjust this timeframe accordingly. We will communicate the updated shipping timeframe during these periods.

Orders are picked up or dropped off to shipping carriers Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Any orders that are placed over the weekend will ship the following business day. Please note shipping is closed on all major US holidays and orders will be processed according to our shipping time frame listed above.

We always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. However, as a small business, we are transparent and recognize the limits of what can be accomplished on a daily basis. We do not currently offer rush shipping, so please schedule your purchase accordingly.

Regional Shipping/Standard Order Information

At this time, we only offer flat rate shipping. The shipping method will be chosen based on the weight and size of the package.

Our shipping rates for orders are the following:

Economy Shipping Rates (5-8 business days)

Under 1 lb: $4.50
Over 1 lb: $8.00
Free shipping w/ Insurance: $150+
Oversized packages (packages that exceed 5 lbs): $15 per package

Standard Shipping Rates (3-4 business days)

Under 1 lb: $7.50
Over 1 lb: $11.00

Occasionally shipments will be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather or other external circumstanced that are out of our control. We try to help as much as possible when delays with delivery happen, but we are unable to offer a refund on any portion of shipping unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges that have been paid.

Expedited Shipping

We do not currently offer expedited shipping at this time.

If there is an absolute need for an item to be delivered within a certain timeframe, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we can coordinate on how to get the item to you in the most timely manner possible. Please note, in situations like these, there is an added rush fee of $10 along with the additional expedited shipping cost.

Free Local Pick-Up

We can't wait to offer local pick-up once our brick & mortar location opens! Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer local pick-up until the space is up and running in Autumn of 2025.

International Shipping

Sadly, due to to the current tariff situation, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We do everything in our powers to ensure your order is packaged safely and securely, but do not have any control over what happens to the package, once it leaves our headquarters. Due to this, we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Undeliverable Orders

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our headquarters will be processed as a return and the item(s) will be returned to our inventory. Any shipping costs and return-to-sender fees assessed by the carrier, will be deducted from the final refund.

Unless The Charmed Crow Collective is at fault for the returned/undeliverable package, CCC reserves the right to deduct these additional costs from the product refund, in addition to all freight charges.
